# Contact support

Our team is here to help — whether you have a question about your account, need help with a transaction, or want to learn more about the Helios card.

## Get in touch

* **General support:** <support@heliosfinance.xyz>
* **Legal inquiries:** <legal@heliosfinance.xyz>

We aim to respond to all inquiries **within one business day**.

## What to include

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

* Your **wallet address**.
* A clear description of your question or issue.
* The approximate **date and time** it happened, and any **reference ID** shown in the app.
* Screenshots, if you can.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Stay safe from scams.** Only use the official contact addresses above. Helios will never:

* message you first on social media or chat apps,
* ask for your passkey, recovery codes, or seed phrase,
* ask you to approve a prompt or send funds to "verify", "unlock", or "rescue" your account.

If someone does any of these, it's a scam. Don't engage — email us instead.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.helioscard.xyz/help-and-troubleshooting/contact.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
