# Sending & receiving

You can send USDCx to other Helios users and receive it from them.

## Receiving

1. Open your wallet and choose **Receive**.
2. Share your address or QR code with the sender.
3. When funds arrive, you may need to **accept** the incoming transfer for it to appear in your balance.

{% hint style="info" %}
Incoming transfers can show up as **pending** until you accept them. Check your wallet if you're expecting funds.
{% endhint %}

## Sending

1. Open your wallet and choose **Send**.
2. Enter the recipient's address and the amount.
3. Review the details carefully, then confirm.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Double-check the recipient before you send. On-chain transfers generally **cannot be reversed**.
{% endhint %}

## Frequently asked

### I sent to the wrong address. Can it be undone?

Generally no — on-chain transfers are final. Always confirm the address first.

### I was sent funds but don't see them.

Check whether there's a pending transfer to **accept** in your wallet. If you still don't see it after accepting, see [Pending & processing transactions](/help-and-troubleshooting/pending-transactions.md).

### Are there fees to send?

Helios shows any applicable fee before you confirm, along with the amount the recipient will receive.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.helioscard.xyz/your-wallet/send-and-receive.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
